    治理化肥面源污染是推进农业可持续发展的关键环节,土地流转是农村土地制度改革的重要内容。廓清土地流转与化肥面源污染之间的关系,可为实现农业绿色转型的总目标提供参考借鉴。基于2005—2022年全国30省面板数据,运用固定效应模型、空间杜宾模型检验土地流转对化肥面源污染强度的影响以及空间溢出效应,进一步构建中介效应模型验证空间作用机制。结果表明:1)土地流转对化肥面源污染强度有显著的抑制作用;2)土地流转对化肥面源污染强度存在显著负向空间溢出效应,且该效应随地理距离增加呈现空间衰减特征;3)空间溢出效应主要通过示范学习效应、地区竞争效应实现。基于上述结论,应构建区域性绿色示范点,优化政策激励机制,深化跨区域协作网络。

    Abstract:

    Controlling fertilizer nonpoint source pollution is the key to promoting sustainable development of agriculture, and farmland circulation is an important part of the rural farmland system reform. Clarifying the relationship between land circulation and fertilizer nonpoint source pollution can provide reference for the realization of agricultural green transformation goal. Based on a panel data of 30 provinces from 2005 to 2022, and applying the fixed effect model and spatial Durbin model, this paper tested the impacts of farmland circulation on fertilizer nonpoint source pollution intensity and its spatial spillover effects, and examined the spatial action mechanism by the mediating effect model. Results show that: 1) farmland circulation has a significant inhibitory effect on fertilizer nonpoint source pollution intensity; 2) there is a significant negative spatial spillover effect of farmland circulation on fertilizer nonpoint source pollution intensity, and this effect shows spatial attenuation characteristics with the increase of geographic distance; and 3) the spatial spillover effect is mainly realized through the demonstration effect and the regional competition effect. Based on the above conclusions, this paper suggests: constructing regional green demonstration sites, optimizing policy incentive mechanisms, and deepening the cross-regional collaboration networks.
