This paper describes the minimum grain purchase prices of our country policy in 9years, the important effect on the stability of market prices, the promotion of peasant income, food security and other play, analyzes the existing defects in the policy design, such as the separation of the main responsibility body and the grain purchase, the purchase price formation mechanism is not clear, the acquisition of loans and interest rate subsidies not clear or refinement; and in the operation also exist such as varieties of grain price is not rational, the implementation of the subject and the entrustment purchase base point relationship is not smooth, acquisition point library deficiencies, further restricted the policy effect. From the optimization of policy design, improve performance, improve supporting measures three aspects, puts forward some suggestions on the minimum purchase price policy for grain.
