Research on the financial investment mechanism in modern fishery demonstration park construction

The construction of modern fishery demonstration park is the inevitable requirement for the transformation and upgrading of China’s fishery industry. To seek further development, it requires that the Government not only plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources, but also pays attention to the guidance and support for the development of fishery industry. Applying literature analysis and case study methods, this paper seeks to analyze the theoretical basis of the financial investment in the construction of modern fishery demonstration park, and further clarifies the focus of financial investment. The research findings have certain theoretical and practical significance. Modern fishery demonstration park construction is related to food security, ecological improvement and cultural heritage. These functions of market economy need to be performed by the Government to provide public goods, and it has become an important theoretical basis for financial investment. Infrastructure construction, technical research, and development and business supports are the key areas of financial investment for the modern fishery demonstration park construction. To drive the healthy and rapid development of modern fishery demonstration zone, increasing investment and enhancing the performance of financial investment are necessary.
