Effects of Slow-release Coated Cysteamine on Growing-finishing Pig Growth
-
Abstract
In order to study slow-release coated cysteamine on growth performance of growing-finishing pigs and carcass quality, select "Du Chang Da" 120 crossbred pigs were randomly divided into three groups comparison test, examine its performance, blood physicochemical slaughter performance indicators and targets. The results show that: the experimental group growing season, full of fattening period and average daily gain were increased by 7.34%, 5.09% and 6.32%; feed conversion ratio were decreased by 4.93%, 3.19% and 4.40%; average daily feed intake were improved 2.20%, 1.61% and 1.90%, but the difference was not significant. Hip and leg percentage of the test group, loin eye area and lean meat rate increased by 9.25%, 11.69% and 6.27%; backfat thickness decreased 13.74%. Test group serum GH, T3 levels were increased by 18.68%, 20.63%, while no significant effect on the INS and T4. It showed that diets after slow-release coated cysteamine, may by increasing the level of serum GH, T3 and other hormones, improve growth performance and carcass quality of growing-finishing pigs.
