Development Ideas and Countermeasures of Chinese Agricultural Modernization under Promoting Harmonized Development of Industrialization, IT Application, Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in China

China entered the stage of middle industrialization nowadays, its development of industrialization and IT continue fusion, urbanization rapid developed, and agricultural modernization entered in the critical period. The key to promoting harmonized development of four modernizations is the development of agricultural modernization. This paper proposed that we should use new concept of industrialization to promote agriculture industrialization, new concept of urbanization to impulse urban-rural integration, new concept of informatization to accelerate agricultural technology innovation. Finally, combined the philosophy of promoting harmonized development of four modernizations and the situation faced by agricultural development, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this paper.
