Analysis of Green Credit Legal System to Boost Development of Low-carbon Agriculture——Based on Financial Institutions to Practice Equator Principles

Low-carbon agriculture is a new agricultural production mode in dealing with global climate change. The green credit legal system, which should be based on the Equator Principles, is the inner dynamics to develop the low-carbon agriculture. However, there are still many missing in the legal environment of China's financial institutions to practice the Equator Principles and boost the development of low-carbon agriculture, fundamentally impeding the international development of low-carbon agriculture.
