Design of Urban Modern Agriculture Model System after Land Circulation in Background of Urban and Rural——Taking Chongqing City as an Example

It is a need to establish urban modern agriculture so as to accelerate the transformation of agricultural production mode and achieve the sustainable development of agriculture in rural areas near the city, And Chongqing’s urbanization also requires the urban modern agriculture. The problems of “land tickets” trading system are introduced, and the connotation and significance of the urban modern agriculture are analyzed from the aspect of industrial structure adjustment. The paper proposes to adjust the industry of the rural area from the angle of productivity and relations of production. The rural regional industrial upgrade operation and the transformation of economic development mode are analyzed to achieve sustainable development of modern agricultural production mode and realize the benefit diversification.
