Research on Ways and Countermeasures of Co-ordinate Promotion of Industrialization,Urbanization,Agricultural Modernization in Transition Poverty-stricken Areas of Shanxi Province

Shanxi Province is one of the 18 contiguous poverty-stricken areas in China. This essay illustrates the distribution of the poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi from nature, economic and social characteristics. According to the economy and the level of income of the farmers, the urbanization rate, urban and rural economic development, it also analyzes the problems the poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi facing when they promote the new industrialization, features urbanization and agricultural modernization. Additionally, it proposes ways to co-promote the new industrialization, features urbanization, agricultural modernization: To promote urbanization and new rural construction; expand the functionality of agriculture, strengthen county economy; focus on county new industrialization and features urbanization; utilize specialty agriculture to drive agricultural modernization; play poverty zone resource advantages to enhance economic. Meanwhile, it points out countermeasures of simultaneous development of new industrialization, features urbanization and agricultural modernization: To promote agricultural political exercise according to law to achieve transformation; implement alleviation strategies of area of poverty; to accelerate poverty district being rich with policy- oriented method; set up the long-term mechanism for the industry to subsidize agriculture and the urban drive the rural to enhance the level of agricultural modernization and development of rural social undertakings.
