Green Supply Chain Management Model and Its Implementation Strategy for Pig Industry——A Case of Pig Industry in Chongqing City

This article discusses the special contents of the green supply chain management in pig industry on products, environmental behavior and marketing strategy for enterprises, analyzes the model types and features of the green supply chain management in pig industry in which includes the longitudinal integrated model, leadership model by pig slaughtering enterprises, pig cultivation business, large-scale retail business, and indicates the actual application object of pig industry in Chongqing. Furthermore, this article presents the system structure and operation model of the green supply chain management in pig industry, and argues that the core enterprise must impel each link in the system to realize the seamless link, design products and produce according to market demand of the green meat, carry through fully green operation ideas from the products (pig, pork) and corporate environmental behavior to achieve the goals of green supply chain system in pig industry. The leading enterprises should adopt strategies, such as implementing the green brand strategy, cultivating green suppliers, doing well supply chain's ecology design, carrying out green logistics activity, developing strategy alliance organization and so on.
