Study on Status of Reserve Forest Resources and Resolutions to Increase Income and Reduce Expenditure

This paper expounds the importance of forest resources reserve from the warming climate and the timber contradiction between supply and demand of two aspects. And it also analyzes the present situation of forest resources reserve and the present situation mainly displays in that the forest resource quantity is not enough, reversing seriously, the recoverable forest accumulation deficiency, the resource appears uneven distribution and the quality is bad, the stock and plantation age structure are unreasonable and the reserve subject is in a single, the forest resources reserve way is just single. Besides all the above mentioned, this paper also analyzes the cause of the problem about forest resources reserve saving based on natural disasters, natural conditions, topography of geography characteristics and forest resources management. Proposing the measures to our country forest resources reserve namely operating high standards of artificial afforestation, closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation, promoting the forest resource natural regeneration, establishing ecological forestry circular economy development model, implementing forest ecosystem management, implementing plantations just following the near-nature of transformation, doing the inferior quality and low efficiency forests’ transformation, strengthening in forest resource reserves investment, building a diversified forest resources reserve mechanism.
