"Two-mountain and One Water" Ecotourism Circle Exploitation in Water Source Region of Medium Route Project of Water Transfer from South to North

It is important to sustainable development of water transfer from south to north of the medium route project that the ecotourism circle develop of Fu-niu mountain ,Wu-dang mountain and Dan-jiang reservoir, "two-mountain and one water" ecotourism circle was build. With the methods of SWOT, the advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities challenges of the ecotourism circle faces are researched. It found that the ecotourism circle has rich and complementary ecotourism resources, obvious advantages of special-location-relationship and site. It has sound foundation and business potential for development. However, there are some weaknesses, regional economic fall behind, coordination of interregional is difficult. At the same time, the state supports ecotourism developing in water source region. Communication is more and more convenient. The paper puts forward the exploitation strategy of integration,“spot-ring-circle”, whole brand image and union sales promotion. It designs 6 kinds of distinguishing ecotourism products. It comes up with some suggestion. The government should actively promote eco-tourism circle construction, foster regional tourism alliance, position reasonable market, set up promotion union, establish regional brand and so on.
