农机跨区作业发展对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响——基于空间溢出效应视角

The impacts of cross-region operation of agricultural machine development on the agricultural green total factor productivity: From the perspective of the spatial spillover effects

  • 摘要: 探讨农机跨区作业发展对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响,有助于为实现农业生产绿色转型的总目标提供重要的参考借鉴。基于2010—2020年30省数据,运用SBM—GML模型测算农业绿色全要素生产率,进一步构建空间杜宾模型实证分析农机跨区作业发展对其影响。结果表明:1)农机跨区作业面积和农业绿色全要素生产率呈现波动变化态势,且二者均存在空间自相关关系。2)农机跨区作业发展对农业绿色全要素生产率有显著的提升作用,且存在正向空间溢出效应,农机跨区作业发展每提升1%,农业绿色全要素生产率提升0.993%,其中本地上升0.175%,邻近地区上升0.819%。3)在东部、中部、粮食主产区和粮食主销区,直接效应不显著,空间溢出效应显著;在西部地区和粮食产销平衡区的各效应均显著。因此,应当鼓励引导发展农机跨区作业服务,实现区域内“农机共享”;因地制宜选择农机跨区服务发展模式,提升区域资源配置优化;提升农机跨区作业管理效率,维护农机跨区作业秩序。

     

    Abstract: Discussing the impacts of the cross-region operation of agricultural machinery development on agricultural green total factor productivity (AGTFP) provides an essential reference for realizing the general goal of green transformation of agricultural production. Based on a data of 30 provinces from 2010 to 2020, this paper evaluated the agricultural green total factor productivity by the SBM-GML model, and empirically analyzed the impacts of the cross-region operation of agricultural machinery development by the spatial Durbin model. Results show that: 1) cross-region operation of agricultural machinery and agricultural green total factor productivity show fluctuating changes, and both have spatial autocorrelations; 2) cross-region operation of agricultural machinery development has a significant promotion effect on the agricultural green total factor productivity, and there is a positive spatial spillover effect; for every 1% increase in cross-region operation of agricultural machinery development, the agricultural green total factor productivity will be increased by 0.993%, with a local increase of 0.175%, and other areas increase of 0.819%; and 3) In the eastern regions, central regions, main grain-producing regions, and main grain-marketing areas, the direct effect is insignificant while the spatial spillover effect is significant; in the western regions, the balance of grain production and marketing area, both effects are significant. Therefore, it is vital to encourage and guide the development of cross-region operation services for agricultural machinery, to achieve "sharing of agricultural machinery" within the region; to choose the development mode of cross-region operation services for agricultural machinery according to local conditions, to enhance the optimization of regional resource allocation; to enhance the efficiency of the management of cross-region operation for agricultural machinery, and to maintain the order of cross-area operation for agricultural machinery.
