Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of the insufficient monitoring information, the untimely early warning, and the lack of remote monitoring and management in the food warehouse monitoring and warning system, this paper designs a grain warehouse remote monitoring and warning system based on internet of things. The system utilizes ZigBee chip - CC2530 as the core processor to realize the collection of data information for the environmental temperature and humidity, and the internal temperature and humidity of grain. Moreover, in this system, a flame sensor R2868 is used as the warehouse fire detector, and the multi-groups photoelectric sensors are used as the granary detection components with “vertical-equidistant-parallel” installation method to realize real-time monitoring of grain storage. At the same time, through the application of GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) technology and the design of remote monitoring software, the remote real-time monitoring and early warning and alarm function of grain warehouse can be realized. Test results show, the packet loss rate of the system is less than 5% and the fire alarm response time of the system is 1.8 s in the process of remote data transmission. Moreover, the remote monitoring software can meet the design requirements, so as to effectively achieve the remote monitoring and early warning function for the food warehouse.
