Abstract: Agricultural Socialized Service can not only improve the productivity of all sectors of agriculture, but also extend agricultural industrial chain and accelerate the transformation of agricultural development through labor division. Now in the new pattern of agricultural development and agricultural transformation, the agricultural socialized service also need upgrading. The agricultural socialized service system in Chongqing was established recently and still in its primary stage. The structure and organization of service system are developing gradually. The system is facing many challenges, including inappropriate agricultural institutional management system, weak public service capacity, lack of financial and credit support, low degree of specialization, unbalanced internal structure of the service system, underdeveloped marketing system, and increasing trend of losing personnel in the system, etc. This paper provides the following suggestions based on the above analysis: optimizing the public administration service system, establishing a joint service organization, strengthening the third-party logistics and network platform, constructing a service system of the whole production chain, building a green service team, and creating a good financial and legal service environment.
