Abstract: As one of the most important grain bases of China, Northeast China has many important agriculture industry, which developed quickly in recent years. Based on the statistical data of 36cities in Northeast China and the geographical locations, dominant business of 152state-level leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, this paper analyzes the spatial concentration of Northeast China’s planting and spatial distribution of agricultural enterprises by adopting location quotient, concentration factor and ecological distribution pattern theory. Results showed that:dominate crops grown in different areas, showing a different concentrate trend. The characteristic of agricultural regionalizing and specialization is clearly. Aggregative status of leading enterprises in different cities is not equal. Generally, leading enterprises mainly concentrated in provincial capitals or city center. Enterprises’ industry aggregation degree indicate that the concentration character of agricultural industry is mainly depend on raw materials, market demanding and government policy.
