Abstract: Agricultural development has formed a comparative advantage of production, processing, location and ecology in Anhui Province. Relying on these comparative advantages and by establishing agricultural production, processing, circulation and demonstration bases will promote the development of Anhui agricultural modernization. In the process of building the four bases, the focus is to boost the advancement of competitive agricultural production and base construction, promoting forward the development of agricultural processing both in scope and in depth, speeding up the establishment of agricultural products circulation base and the market system and actively promoting agricultural development of multiple functions on ecology, leisure and energy and etc.
