Abstract: After has experienced the age of industrialization and informatization, the world economy is entering into the new times of “low -carbonization”. Facing the whole world new turn industrial revolution tide arrival, how to promote the development of the low-carbon economy in Sichuan ethnic areas, has become the inevitable choice of the implementation of scientific developing view and speeding up construction of ecological civilization. This thesis embarks from the industrial structure existing problem and the adjustment necessity in Sichuan ethnic areas, combined with the region's actual situation, then from the transformation thought idea, to speed up the energy conservation to reduce the platoon, the enhancement technological innovation, the development carbon-industry and perfect the laws and regulations system, it puts forward some developing low-carbon economic specific strategies.
