Abstract: An analysis on the integral relations between confucian merchants, its spirit and culture and the commerce economy. This thesis analyzes the moral predicament in the present business community. Such as integrity anomie, distortion of commercial ethic ect. It puts forward that the development of confucian merchants culture should meet the need of era. Also, the basic spirits and the implementing ways of confucian merchants culture are discussed from four aspects. Including rediscovering the present value of confucian merchants culture and expanding its spirit, proposing new commercial ethic and rebuiding the commercial atmosphere, expediting confucian merchants advance with the times and accelerating its modern transformation, enhancing the interflow and resource integration between chamber of commerce and enterprise and improving the development environment of private enterprises
