广东省农业科技进步贡献率和要素贡献率的测算与经济增长分析

Measurement of Contribution Rate in Agricultural Technology Progress and Element Analysis of Economic Growth in Guangdong Province

  • 摘要: 为深入了解广东全省及四大区域1990-2008年期间农业经济增长成因,采用Solow余值法所进行的测算与分析表明:虽然农业科技进步贡献率持续的递增,但除珠三角外,依靠加大物质费用投入的增长方式始终处于较为主导的地位;劳动力的贡献率虽有所提高,但表现不稳定,还有待提升;耕地面积减少所产生的负效应愈发显现。基于此,建议加大农业科技投入强度,建立高效的农业科技服务体系,加强对农户农业科技的教育与培训,严格保护耕地资源,是当前与今后广东农业经济增长的关键。

     

    Abstract: To thoroughly understand the agricultural economic growth origin in Guangdong Province as well as its four wide ranges in 1990-2008. The reckoning and analysis carried by the Solow complement law indicated: although the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress continues to increase, in addition to the Pearl River Delta, relying on increased material costs has always been more dominant position in growth mode input; labor contribution rate has been enhanced, but the instability has yet to be upgrading; the negative effects are arising from the reduction of cultivated land apparently. Consequently, it is proposed to increase the intensity of investment in agricultural science and technology, establish an efficient system of agricultural science and technology services to enhance agricultural technology and farmer education and training as well as strictly protect cultivated land, which is the key of agriculture economic growth of Guangdong Province now and in the future.
