Abstract: Economic development model based on fossil energy has been increasingly unsustainable, which is promoting the rise of third industrial revolution. The essence of this revolution is renewable energy utilization and its network, digital manufacturing and big data. This revolution requires the development of renewable energy, storage of intermittent energy, building the sharing network, interconnection of energy. At the same time, the revolution puts forward new requirements for the construction of new urbanization in China, which concludes the development of green agriculture, construction of ecological countryside; expanding the wisdom agriculture cloud platform; training of new farmers and the transformation of government management mode.
