Abstract:
Cultivated land quality construction is an important measure to maintain regional food security and promote economic and social sustainable development, taking Wangdu County as study area, considering the soil fertility, farming field conditions, the irrigation and water conservancy facilities, farming convenience conditions and farmland protection security level, 13indexes were selected and analyzed, and retrieved space attribute data of individual evaluation index with the aid of GIS technology. And the cultivated land quality evaluation and construction mode partitions were determined by the methods of multi-factor weighted comprehensive evaluation and limiting factors analysis. The results showed that Wangdu County cultivated land quality was divided into four levels, large proportions of level 1,2were 36.42% and 30.56%, showing Wangdu County cultivated land was relatively high quality; level 3,4total percentage was accounted for 33.02%, still having a large room for the improvement of its quality potentials. Wangdu County cultivated land quality construction partition could be divided into three types, namely the high quality leading construction, the irrigation and water conservancy network leading construction and the roads forest leading construction, and their area proportion was 7.47%, 39.86% and 52.67%, respectively. Research ideas and methods provide a reference for construction of cultivated land quality construction in Taihang Moutain plain.
