Abstract: In this paper, using the supply chain and the mechanism design theory, with every economic subject of dairy products in the supply chain as the research object, base on illustrating the operation mechanism of dairy products supply chain, combined with the research data, summarized the security threats of dairy products supply chain, analyzing the reasons for safety. From the adjustment of dairy products supply chain security regulatory system, innovative information regulation tools, create public participation mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanism and improve the security mechanism to build the dairy supply chain security control mechanism, strengthen the throughout dairy products supply chain control, to restore consumer confidence in the dairy industry.
