Abstract: Based on the theory of ecological economy, it analyzed the binzhou city economic and social development situation, its unique natural ecosystems, and reveals the law of the common disaster. Combined with the development plan of the efficient ecological area in Yellow River Delta, the patterns of the disaster prevention were put forward, in which includes the agriculture-fish eco-agriculture pattern, underground drainage pipe patterns, jujube tree-crop inter planting pattern, biological fermentation bed pattern, industrial ecological chain patterns , and so on. The countermeasures of the disaster prevention were discussed, on which includes using of the microorganism technology, the development of the resistance salt medicinal plant, the protection and utilization of natural enemies to control agricultural pests, the prevention and controlling alien species invasion, rehabilitation of irrigation district and the new energy development, etc.
