Abstract: Henan Province has more people and more agricultural portion than others province in China, must explore the path of the coordinated and scientific development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization, because of traditional industrialization and urbanization road that leads to nowhere. The coordinated and scientific development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization means that government accelerate progress of industrialization and urbanization, advance progress of agricultural modernization at the same time. To achieve the coordinated and scientific development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization, Henan Province must make use of guidance role of urbanization adequately, make use of ieading role of industrialization adequately, make use of fundamental role of agricultural modernization adequately. This paper proposes related countermeasures of the coordinated and scientific development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan Province from the angle of food security, planning of urban system, building industry gathering area, saving resources and innovative open.
