Abstract: Based on the theory of “push-pull”, this paper firstly puts forward a theory framework of the sustainable development of the ecological migration and four power sources, that are poverty drive, eco-drive, development drive and public drive. Then constructs the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development of the ecological migration from six aspects:stakeholder driving mechanism, economic four-wheel driving mechanism, housing and employment security mechanism, national culture inheritance mechanism, policy environment supporting mechanism and development mechanism of full coordination, to promote the ultimate realization of the sustainable development of ecological migration in Guizhou Province.
