Abstract: Agricultural products logistics modernization plays a very important role in the promotion of agricultural industrialization in China. And it''s also very important to the collaborative development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization “Four Modernizations”. In this paper, based on urbanization, we detailly analyzed the problems of weak logistics infrastructure, high logistics costs, undeveloped logistics participant, disjointed supply chain, low level of information technology of agricultural products logistics in China. It proposed five countermeasures:building urbanization, industrialization of agriculture, agricultural products logistics modernization synergistic mechanism; strengthen agricultural products logistics infrastructure, and integrated logistics and supply chain; to strengthen agricultural products logistics participants, and promote the development of third-party logistics; promote agricultural products logistics information, and construct agricultural products logistics collaborative service platform; improve the quality of farmers, and enhance the awareness of modern logistics.
