Abstract:
The issues of agro-product and food quality and safety is still grim now, and it shows the outstanding characteristics on the whole such as the universality and complexity, the low security of processed product, the asymmetric of market, the regional of distribution, the high risk of protected production, the change of pollutant and so on. It also analyzed the main facts that induced the crisis of agro-food quality and safety in China at this stag, from the ideological concept, development mode, ecological environment, worker quality, rules and regulations system, the science and technology in this paper. Finally, the article put forwards some countermeasures and suggestions, including to enhance consciousness of quality and safety; transform the mode of agricultural development; strengthen the protection of agricultural resources and environment; improve the quality of production operator; perfect the laws, regulations, policies and system; speed up the innovation and progress of technology etc.
