Abstract:
For the target of large scaled, non-destructive crop monitoring, this study was to design and develop the spatial information support systems for monitoring crop. It was based on spatial information technology which mainly about GIS, RS and GPS, and combined with computer technology and network technology. The system characterized the agronomy of the crop growth, yield and quality parameters, and filtered remote sensing vegetation indexes. Then the system provided the self-defined model function for crop growth monitoring, yield prediction, quality diagnosis on the basis of previous studies. Finally, the system presented the analysis of crop growth on the test of wheat growing data in Beijing 2012, and the result was consistent with the actual ground measurement data.
