Abstract: The double pressures of the scale expansion and the city migrant workers unemployed population increased, make the traditional model which is country move to the city can not meet the needs of migrant workers employment. The strong consciousness of migrant workers, and through the entrepreneurial demonstration effect and job creation effect, make the migrant workers transfer in biochemistry, therefore, venture to promote employment has become a new path to solve force of rural surplus labor. Optimize environment, develop the migrant workers' social network, enhance the entrepreneurial services and training, establish hatch and park should become the policy focus of the local government support of entrepreneurship to promote employment.
