Abstract:
In recent years, the enterprises in our country recruit difficultly, and the migrant workers apply for a job difficultly also. The coexist phenomenon is more prominent. This is the result of comprehensive contradictions, including the cost and benefit of migrant workers into the city employment contradiction, migrant workers' qualities and enterprise' demand contradiction, employment age threshold and migrant workers age structure contradiction, and the enterprise employee demanding and the new generation of migrant workers' pleasures enjoying contradiction. To solve enterprise “recruitment difficult” and migrant workers employment difficulty problem, should be multi-pronged, and all parties should make a difference. This paper only from the government as macroeconomic management promote employment point of view, and from the household registration system reform, prohibit employment age discrimination, strengthen rural migrant workers skills training and vigorously develop vocational education and so on several aspects, puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
