Abstract: Modern agriculture dominant function include economic, ecological regulation, employment and live security, leisure and culture heritage functions, it is from traditional agriculture single economic function to expand multifunction, and constrainted by the natural, economic and social three attributes. To realize the sustainable development in modern agriculture, the government must help farmer to overcome agricultural cobweb fluctuant by strong protect and support to agriculture, alleviate agriculture restricted by natural, economic and social attributes, realize contemporary agriculture dominant function from single to multifunction
