Abstract: With modern biotechnology, particularly the rapid development of genetic engineering technology, arising out of the“genetic pollution”is the only continuous proliferation and diffusion of pollution,“genetic pollution” contaminates traditional crops. by analysis“genetic pollution”giving the agricultural ecological environment to bring possible risk, in the analysis of the agricultural ecological environment protection status of foundation in China, exploring China in agricultural environmental protection about“genetic pollution”prevention and control of the existence of operability, mandatory, time and so on in level of the legal regulation. accordingly and thus puts forward sounding the idea of“genetic pollution”legal regulation of the prevention and control in China.
