Abstract: Nowadays, our food security is increasingly threatened by the severe shortage of water resources, we should zealously seek after a new approach to alleviate the water resources threaten to food production and enhance efficacious food supply. Agricultural technological innovation of water resources saving and efficacious enhancing is an effective breakthrough.
