Abstract: This paper research waterfowl industrial development and existing problems from the present situation of its industrialization and the data of field survey in China, Results showed that in China waterfowl industry appeared the following features in recent years: the quantity of waterfowl and waterfowl product is increased year by year. Waterfowl industrial level is increasing more and more, that industrial chain by a single stock breeding extending to processing, logistics and other industries. Waterfowl industry has shown the characteristics of the distribution of favorable areas, and its superiority is changing from resources superiority to technology and processing advantage. Waterfowl product mix needs to upgrade to extend consumer demand for its consumer demand is tending to be saturated edge consumer demand. According to the problems of waterfowl industrial development such as information and data is unclear, making market regulation and macroeconomic decision difficult; lack of uniform industry standards; uneven distribution of industry profit; backward breeding technology bring water resources and environmental pollution, this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures
