Abstract: Oilseeds industry is the production, processing and sales, trade, and a series of economic diversity of the main industrial activities. The ratio of dependence on oil and oilseeds' import is high. Processing and sales is by a high degree of foreign control. Oilseeds' production is on a low level. Domestic oil and oilseeds' prices are vulnerable to price fluctuations in world market and in foreign control. Thus, state regulation of the market price of oil and oilseeds products diminished. Domestic supply of oil and oilseeds can not get security protection. In short, China's oilseeds industry is on the low level of security. We need to improve the international competitiveness of oilseeds, to improve competitiveness of local enterprises, to reduce dependence on imported oil and oilseeds products, and to establish the mechanism of oilseeds industry safety assessment
