转Cry1Ca和Bar基因水稻的获得与性状鉴定

Development and Character Identification of Rice Transformed by Cry1Ca and Bar Gene

  • 摘要: 本研究以光温敏核不育系P88S为受体材料,用农杆菌法进行转化,并对获得的转基因植株进行分子鉴定及性状鉴定。结果显示:Bar基因和Cry1Ca基因在水稻P88S中成功整合并表达。光温敏核不育系P88S经过转基因后育性发生改变,表现出一定的可育度。转基因后P88S的谷粒宽及千粒重与对照之间的差异达到了极显著水平。

     

    Abstract: The rice variety P88S, a photoperiod-sensitive and/or thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) line, was transformed by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation system, and the transformants were demonstrated by molecular identification and trait assessment. The result showed that the Bar and Cry1Ca genes were successful integrated in rice genome and expressed. But the pollen sterility of transformed P88S showed some degree of fertility after genetically modified when that of P88S was perfect sterile. And there were also significant difference at the 1% level between transgenic lines and P88S in grain width and 1000-grain weight
