Abstract: Studies on the land renovation and modern agriculture is conducive to the rapid development of modern agriculture. The Sanmenxia Reservoir(Huayin section) is complex natural and social conditions, weak economic base of agriculture and behind land use. While for the latter part of the land renovation efficiency is not the issue of sustainability, and modern agriculture for land renovation and goals in the implementation phase there are coupling links. Analysis of the Sanmenxia Reservoir Area (Huayin section) on the basis of regional characteristics, will renovation of land "3I"model , building model of ecological agriculture and new rural development model of organic unity, in order to achieve the renovation of land as an opportunity to accelerate regional model of modern agriculture rapid development
