Abstract: In the context of comprehensive arrangement for urban and rural areas, a huge group of migrant workers go into the cities, whose social security problems need to be solved urgently. Comprehensive arrangement for urban and rural areas provides the conditions for migrant workers, the two processes of migrant workers going into cities and establishing their own social security interact and help each other forward, and establishing social security systems of the migrant workers is just what comprehensive arrangement for urban and rural areas wants. As for the problems of low participating insurance rate, small coverage, less project, difficult continuation transfer and imperfect legislation, which exist in social security of migrant worker,this thesis puts forward establishing social security systems of the migrant workers, transfer mechanism of social security relationship as well as the laws and regulations of social security system.
