基于转基因技术视角的低碳农业发展研究

Development of Low-carbon Agriculture from Perspective of Genetically Modified Technology

  • 摘要: 我国农业发展与资源环境之间的矛盾日益突出,最根本的原因在于粗放式的高碳农业发展模式。高碳农业引发的气候变化危机对我国粮食安全与农业可持续发展构成了巨大威胁,而转基因技术的巨大进步增强了人类应对农业一系列危机与挑战的能力。本文研究了我国应对气候变化挑战,发展低碳农业的背景、特点及其必要性,从转基因技术视角分析了其在应对气候变化、缓解资源约束、环境污染、拓展农业碳汇功能等方面所具有的巨大潜力、功能与特点,并对我国加快转基因技术产业化,加快转变农业发展方式,促进低碳农业发展提出了对策建议。

     

    Abstract: The contradiction between China's agricultural development and environmental resources has become increasingly prominent, and the most fundamental reason is the high-carbon agricultural model. High-carbon agriculture and climate change has posed a great threat to China's food security and sustainable agricultural development, however, the great progress of genetically modified technology(GMT) has strengthened our ability to deal with these challenges. This paper makes an in-depth research on the background, characteristics, and the necessity of the development of low-carbon agriculture in China under global climate change, and proves the enormous potential and effect of the transgenic technology in addressing climate change, alleviating resource and energy shortages, preventing environmental pollution, expanding agricultural carbon function and etc. In the end, some policies are proposed as how to accelerate the industrialization of GMT and the transformation of agricultural development in order to promote low-carbon agriculture development in China.
