Abstract: Making the tourism into the pillar industry is the certainly choice and the reality choice for the economy-society developing in Three Gorges Area. Based on “the extension type development” and “the connotation type development”, this article discusses the influence mechanism for tourism to the region economy-society, elaborates the traveling using to agricultural development, social culture development and ecology construction in the tourism factor expansion and the decomposition, and describes the pattern of linking and conforming for the tourism cluster to relational department in the economy-society system; this article also points out that the idea to“the influencing minute different following time for tourism to economy-society”needs be strengthened, and we must seek and compare and choose positively the new development opportunity and the development superiority in the tourism developing process, to make the tourism greater and stronger, or develop the new industry in the opportune moment.
