三种盐生植物在沿海滩涂湿地土壤中微生物数量的变化
Amount Otherness of Soil Microorganism in Three Halophyte Plants Wetland Soils in Coastal Beach Areas

摘要: 本文研究了江苏沿海滩涂盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa(Linn.)Pall)、互花米草(Spartina alterniflora Loisel.)和芦苇(Phrag-mit es communis Trirn.)湿地以及稻田土壤微生物数量及特异功能群的变化。结果表明,稻田土壤细菌、纤维素分解菌和固氮菌的数量明显高于三种自然植被湿地土壤。三种自然植被湿地土壤中,细菌、放线菌和固氮菌数量依次为:互花米草>碱蓬>芦苇,纤维素分解菌数量依次为:芦苇>碱蓬>互花米草,土壤真菌数量差异不显著。自然湿地和稻田土壤中夏季的微生物数量均大于冬季,以土壤真菌和固氮菌数量的季节性差异最明显。Abstract: The amounts and functional group of soil mircroorganism in Suaeda salsa, Spartina alterniflora, Phragmites communis wetland and rice field were discussed. The results appears that the amount of soil bacteria、soil cellulose decomposition fungus and azotobacter in rice soil were more than those in the others. The sequence of amount of these microbe from much to less were Spartina, Suaeda salsa and Phragmites communis. The amount order of soil cellulose decomposition fungus were in reverse to the order of bacterial. The amount of fungus among these plants were no otherness. The amount of soil microbe in summertime was more than that in winter, and the amounts of fungus and azotobacter were broadly apparent.
