Abstract: Baoding with the unique location superiority located in the center of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It is a big city with rapidly developed agriculture. By developing leisure agriculture with Beijing and Tianjin to attracting funds from Beijing and Tianjin as well as opening the consumer market is actually an effective way to boost the development of rural area economy. These compose a crucial part to cooperate with Beijing and Tianjin in all round way. In this paper, we analysis the advantages of Baoding's leisure agriculture linked up to Beijing and Tianjin, such as the advantages in location, agriculture foundation, leisure agriculture landscape and consumer etc. Hence, under the great opportunities of new countryside construction drive, optimizing of agriculture structure and the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, we also raised the strategic emphasis and applied project from the perspective of 9 aspects, they are the environment for development, development programming, traffic, infrastructure, resource, management model, market, marking strategy, professional workers and technology.
