Abstract: The new generations of migrant workers have become the subject of migrant workers, however, their strong demand to become city residents are severely hampered by employment problems. Solve the employment problems of the new generation of migrant workers can help them out of rural, enter and melt into urban. The policy, the willingness and ability of citizenization about the new generation of migrant workers all affect their employment. Aim at the problems unbalance in supply and demand of market, unfair in institution, imperfect in channel, unbalance in region which exist in employment of the new generation of migrant worker, through adjust supply and demand structure, build a fair environment, improve information channels and co-ordinate the urban and rural areas, accelerating the new generation of migrant workers’employment and institutional innovation in citizenization.
