Abstract: Henan Province, as a large province of livestock husbandry, is playing an important role in the production of livestock husbandry in China. Although Henan province owns prominent advantages in industry foundation, locational advantages, natural resources superiority, and investment environment, it is still not the strong in the production of livestock husbandry due to the constraints of several key issues including monetary shortage, weak infrastructure, excrement wastes pollution. In order to speed up moderization and become a powerful provincial on livestock husbandry, It is suggested that Henan Province should enhance finance inputs and investment of science and technology, improve infrastructure, and promote the cycling utilization of feces and sewage and ecological cultivation technique etc.
