低空经济发展助推乡村生态产品价值实现的作用机理与优化路径

Mechanisms and pathways of the low-altitude economy for promoting the value realization of rural ecological products

  • 摘要: 作为新质生产力的重要表现形态,低空经济在乡村生态产品的产业化利用、市场化交易与价值化实现过程中具有广阔应用场景与发展潜力,正逐渐成为推动生态产品价值实现的重要新动能。本文综合运用文献分析、案例研究与归纳演绎等方法,以低空经济所依托的低空技术、要素与产业体系为切入点,围绕生态产品调查监测、价值核算、交易流转、经营开发与保护补偿五大关键环节,系统阐释低空经济赋能乡村生态产品价值实现的基本逻辑、作用机理与优化路径。研究结果表明:1)低空经济推动生态产品价值实现的核心机制在于,通过低空技术突破地理空间约束,通过低空数据要素强化资源感知与价值识别能力,并依托场景化应用促进产业融合与价值链延伸。2)当前该过程仍面临多重现实约束,其中技术层面表现为硬件性能不足、软件系统适配性较弱、算法能力有待提升以及落地应用支撑乏力;要素层面集中体现为数据流通受限、空域管理约束及生态资产确权与定价机制不完善;产业层面则表现为应用场景拓展不足、商业模式尚未成熟及产业协同水平较低。3)未来应从强化关键技术攻关、推进要素优化以及完善产业体系建设等方面协同发力,以提升生态产品价值实现效率与可持续性。本研究为低空经济赋能乡村生态产品价值转化提供了理论解释框架与实践参考路径。

     

    Abstract: As an important manifestation of new quality productive forces, the low-altitude economy has broad application prospects and considerable development potential in the industrial utilization, market-oriented transaction, and value realization of rural ecological products, and is emerging as a new driver for promoting the realization of ecological product value. This study employs a combination of literature review, case analysis, and inductive reasoning to systematically examine the underlying logic, mechanism, and implementation pathways through which the low-altitude economy facilitates the realization of rural ecological product value. Focusing on the low-altitude technologies, production factors, and industrial system underpinning the low-altitude economy, the analysis is organized around five key stages of ecological product value realization, including resource investigation and monitoring, value accounting, transaction and circulation, operational development, and ecological protection and compensation. The results indicate that: 1) The low-altitude economy promotes the realization of ecological product value through three primary mechanisms: overcoming geographical constraints with low-altitude technologies, strengthening resource perception and value identification through low-altitude data elements, and fostering industrial integration and value chain extension through scenario-based applications. 2) The realization process is currently constrained by multiple challenges. At the technological level, limitations remain in hardware performance, software adaptability, algorithm capability, and practical application support. At the factor level, constraints include inefficient data circulation, restrictive airspace management, and incomplete mechanisms for ecological asset ownership confirmation and value pricing. At the industrial level, insufficient application scenarios, immature business models, and weak industrial coordination continue to hinder large-scale development. 3) Future efforts should focus on strengthening key technological innovation, optimizing factor allocation, and improving the low-altitude industrial system to enhance both the efficiency and sustainability of ecological product value realization. This study provides a theoretical analytical framework and practical reference for promoting the value transformation of rural ecological products through the development of the low-altitude economy.
