设施农业发展水平对“非粮”食物供给的影响效应研究

A research on the impact of the development level of facility agriculture on the supply of non-grain food

  • 摘要: 设施农业作为一种高效的现代化农业生产方式,是构建多元食物供给体系的重要抓手。基于2014—2023年中国30个省份(不含港澳台和西藏)的面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型和调节效应模型,实证考察设施农业发展水平对“非粮”食物供给的影响效应。结果表明:1)设施农业发展水平对“非粮”食物供给具有显著正向影响,且在一系列内生性和稳健性检验后仍成立;分维度看,设施农业发展水平对果蔬类食物供给促进作用最大,水产品类次之,畜牧类最小;2)异质性分析结果显示,设施农业发展水平对中西部地区“非粮”食物供给的促进作用大于东部地区,对非粮食主产区的促进作用大于粮食主产区;3)调节效应分析结果表明,农业技术进步在设施农业发展水平影响“非粮”食物供给的过程中具有正向调节作用。基于此,提出加速设施农业设备升级换代、强化农业技术创新、实施差异化设施农业发展策略等建议,以期为建成稳定可靠的多元食物供给体系提供参考,更好满足居民多样化膳食需求。

     

    Abstract: Facility agriculture, as an efficient modern agricultural production mode, is an important means of building a diversified food supply system. Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2023, excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Xizang, this study employs a two-way fixed effects model and a moderation effect model to empirically examine the impact of the development level of facility agriculture on the supply of non-grain food. The results show that: 1) The development level of facility agriculture has a significant positive effect on the supply of non-grain food, and this finding remains robust after a series of endogeneity and robustness tests. From a disaggregated perspective, the strongest promoting effect is observed for fruit and vegetable products, followed by aquatic products, while the effect on livestock products is the weakest. 2) Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the promoting effect of the development level of facility agriculture on non-grain food supply is more pronounced in the central and western regions than in the eastern region, and stronger in non-major grain-producing areas than in major grain-producing areas. 3) Moderation effect analysis shows that agricultural technological progress plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between the development level of facility agriculture and non-grain food supply. Based on these findings, it is recommended to accelerate the upgrading of facility agricultural equipment, strengthen agricultural technological innovation, and implement differentiated development strategies for facility agriculture, in order to support the establishment of a stable and reliable diversified food supply system and better meet residents’ diverse dietary needs.
