数字经济赋能森林生态福利绩效:影响机理与空间溢出

Digital economy empowering forest ecological welfare performance: mechanisms of impact and spatial spillovers

  • 摘要: 探究数字经济如何推动森林资源多维价值转化为民生福祉,对于推进生态文明建设具有重要的理论与现实意义。本文基于2011—2022年中国30个省份(不包含西藏和港澳台地区)的面板数据,以森林生态产品价值核算为基础,构建涵盖生态、经济和社会福利三维度的森林生态福利绩效评价体系,并利用中介效应模型、空间杜宾模型等方法系统分析数字经济对森林生态福利绩效的驱动效应。研究结果表明:1)我国省际森林生态福利绩效存在显著差异,数字经济能够显著提升森林生态福利绩效水平;2)绿色技术创新与消费水平升级构成数字经济提升森林生态福利绩效的主要传导路径;3)森林生态福利绩效在省域间呈现负相关,数字经济通过空间溢出效应促进区域森林生态福利绩效协同提升,且在森林资源禀赋差异较大的跨大区省份间作用最为显著;4)在东部及三产占比高的地区,数字经济对森林生态福利绩效的促进作用明显,且其驱动效应随森林生态福利绩效水平的提升呈正向增强趋势。基于此,建议通过发展数字经济强化森林生态产品价值实现机制,依托绿色技术创新与消费水平升级,推动区域森林生态福利绩效的协调提升。

     

    Abstract: Exploring how the digital economy drives the multidimensional value of forest resources into livelihood benefits has important theoretical and practical significance for advancing ecological civilization. Based on panel data from 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2011 to 2022 (excluding Xizang, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), this study constructs a forest ecological welfare performance evaluation system covering ecological, economic, and social welfare dimensions, using forest ecological product valuation as the foundation. Employing mediating effect models and spatial Durbin models, it systematically analyzes the driving effects of the digital economy on forest ecological welfare performance. The results show that: 1) there are significant inter-provincial disparities in forest ecological welfare performance in China, and the digital economy can significantly enhance performance; 2) green technology innovation and upgrading of consumption levels are the main transmission pathways through which the digital economy improves forest ecological welfare performance; 3) forest ecological welfare performance exhibits negative spatial correlation across provinces, while the digital economy promotes synergistic improvement through spatial spillover effects, especially among cross-regional provinces with large differences in forest resource endowments; 4) in eastern and tertiary industry-dominant regions, the digital economy significantly enhances forest ecological welfare performance, and its driving effect strengthens as performance levels increase. Based on these findings, it is recommended to strengthen the value realization mechanism of forest ecological products through the digital economy, and, relying on green technological innovation and consumption level upgrading, promote the coordinated improvement of regional forest ecological welfare performance.
