促进农业技术创新的数字力量——基于数字乡村建设视角

The digital power driving agricultural technological innovation: a digital village construction perspective

  • 摘要: 数字乡村建设作为推动农业现代化转型的重要引擎,其创新驱动效应亟需系统性解构。本研究基于2011—2022年中国30个省份(不包含港澳台和西藏)的面板数据,从创新价值链视角,系统考察数字乡村建设对农业技术创新的影响。研究发现:1)数字乡村建设显著促进农业技术创新。在技术研发阶段,随着建设水平提升,其边际效益呈递增趋势,表现出典型的“网络效应”;在成果转化阶段,研发水平跨越首道门槛后,其促进作用呈显著递增。2)机制分析显示,资金可得性、劳动力转移及土地流转在数字技术赋能农业技术创新中发挥中介作用,同时传统要素活力的提升进一步强化了其推动效果。3)区域异质性分析表明,技术研发阶段数字乡村建设对东部和西部地区均具有显著正向影响,而中部地区呈不显著负向效应;成果转化阶段,其促进作用呈由东向西递减的梯度特征。研究结论为优化国家农业创新网络布局及推动数字技术深度赋能农业现代化提供了理论依据与实证支撑。

     

    Abstract: Digital rural construction has become a critical engine for promoting the transformation of agricultural modernization, yet its innovation-driven effects require systematic examination. Based on panel data from 30 Chinese provinces (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Xizang) over the period 2011–2022, this study investigates the impact of digital rural construction on agricultural technological innovation from the perspective of the innovation value chain. The results show that: 1) digital rural construction significantly promotes agricultural technological innovation. At the technology R&D stage, the marginal effect increases with the level of digital rural construction, exhibiting a typical network effect; at the achievement transformation stage, once the R&D level crosses the first threshold, its promoting effect increases significantly. 2) Mechanism analysis indicates that capital availability, labor transfer, and land transfer play mediating roles in the process through which digital technologies empower agricultural technological innovation, while the enhanced vitality of traditional production factors further strengthens this effect. 3) Regional heterogeneity analysis reveals that, at the technology R&D stage, digital rural construction has significant positive effects in both eastern and western regions, but shows an insignificant negative effect in the central region; at the achievement transformation stage, its promoting effect displays a decreasing gradient from east to west. These findings provide theoretical foundations and empirical evidence for optimizing the national agricultural innovation network and advancing the deep empowerment of agricultural modernization through digital technologies.
