奶牛养殖业绿色发展水平测度与演进特征研究

Research on the level measurement and evolution characteristics of the green development of the dairy farming industry

  • 摘要: 奶牛养殖业绿色发展是助力产业纾困、落实乡村振兴的重要途径。文章从生态环境影响和社会经济效益两个方面界定奶牛养殖业绿色发展的内涵,利用2009—2021年27省数据测度全国整体、分维度、分产区的绿色发展水平,并运用Dagum基尼系数、莫兰指数和Kernel核密度探究其演进特征。结果表明:1)全国整体和各产区奶牛养殖业绿色发展水平呈现上升趋势,生态环境影响水平高于社会经济效益、增长速度低于社会经济效益。2)奶牛养殖业绿色发展的总体基尼系数有所下降,其主要来源是区域间差异,且不同产区内和产区间的差异水平不同。3)奶牛养殖业绿色发展具有空间正相关性,呈现“高高聚集、低低聚集”的特征,且聚集效应有所减弱。4)全国及五大产区奶牛养殖业绿色发展演进特征不一,但整体表现出区域差异减小、极化现象削弱的态势。据此,建议从构建制度保障体系、制定差异化发展策略、培育技术赋能体系三个方面入手,以促进奶牛养殖业绿色发展。

     

    Abstract: Promoting the green development of dairy farming industry is an important way to help industry solve difficulties and achieve rural revitalization strategy. The paper defines the connotation of the green development of dairy farming industry from the two aspects of ecological environment impact and social economic benefits, measures the overall, multi-dimensional and regional green development levels of our country from 2009 to 2021 using data from 27 provinces, and explores its evolution characteristics by using the Dagum Gini coefficient, Moran Index and Kernel density. The results show that: 1) The green development level of dairy farming industry in China as a whole and in different production areas is on the rise, with the ecological environment impact level being higher than the social economic benefits, and the growth rate is lower than it. 2) The overall Gini coefficient of the green development of dairy cattle breeding industry in China has decreased, and the main source is the regional differences, with different levels of differences within and between different production areas. 3) The green development of dairy farming industry has spatial positive correlation, showing the characteristics of “high-high aggregation and low-low aggregation”, and the aggregation effect has weakened. 4) The evolution characteristics of the green development of dairy farming industry in the whole country and the five major production areas are different, but overall, it shows a trend of reduced regional differences and weakened polarization. Based on this, suggest to promote the green development level of dairy farming industry in China from three aspects: building a system guarantee system, formulating differentiated development strategies, and cultivating a technology empowerment system.
