耕地利用生态效率时空差异及提升的组态路径分析以江西省为例

Spatiotemporal variations in ecological efficiency of farmland utilization and pathways for improvement in Jiangxi Province

  • 摘要: 探究耕地利用生态效率演变特征及其提升路径,对区域农业可持续发展、资源节约与生态环境保护具有重要的现实意义。本文采用Super-SBM模型和fsQCA分析法探究了江西省2012—2023年耕地利用生态效率的时空差异及组态提升路径。研究表明:1)2012—2023年江西省耕地利用生态效率总体处于中等偏上水平,2023年突破1,达到高效状态;2012—2021年赣中最高,赣南最低,而2022—2023年,赣南超越赣北和赣中,效率最高。2)从时空分布来看:研究期间江西省11个地级市耕地利用生态效率时空差异显著。高效区域从2012年的2个增至2016年的3个,再到2020年的4个,2023年除九江外其余地级市均达到高效状态,只有萍乡在整个研究期间均处于高效状态。3)江西省耕地利用生态效率组态提升路径有三条:多因素型、经济-政策型和资源-政策型,路径P2a具有普适性。4)高水平耕地利用生态效率的组态提升路径呈现明显的时序演变规律,且核心条件间存在替代效应。因此,需完善农业基础设施建设,加强农业科学技术研发,加大财政支农力度,推进多因素协同发展,构建耕地生态效率提升的长效机制。

     

    Abstract: Exploring the evolution characteristics and improvement paths of ecological efficiency in cultivated land use holds significant practical importance for regional agricultural sustainable development, resource conservation, and ecological environment protection. Based on a relevant statistical data of Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2023, this paper employed the Super-SBM model and the fsQCA analysis method to deeply explore the spatiotemporal differences in ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization in Jiangxi Province and the configurational pathways for improvement. Results indicate that: 1)from 2012 to 2023, the overall ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization in Jiangxi Province remained at a high-efficiency level, surpassing 1 in 2023 to reach a high-efficiency state; From 2012 to 2021, the highest efficiency was observed in the central region of Jiangxi, while the lowest was in the southern region. However, from 2022 to 2023, the southern region surpassed the northern and central regions, achieving the highest efficiency; 2)From a spatiotemporal distribution perspective: significant spatiotemporal differences in ecological efficiency of farmland utilization were observed across the 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province during the study period. The number of high-efficiency regions increased from 2 in 2012 to 3 in 2016, then to 4 in 2020. By 2023, all prefecture-level cities except Jiujiang had reached a high-efficiency state, with only Pingxiang remaining in a high-efficiency state throughout the entire study period; 3)There are three pathways for improving the ecological efficiency of cultivated land use in Jiangxi Province: multi-factor-driven, economy-policy-driven, and resource-policy dual-driven pathways; and 4)the configuration pathways for high-level ecological efficiency of farmland utilization exhibit distinct temporal evolution patterns, and there are substitution effects among core conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen agricultural scientific and technological research and development, improve agricultural infrastructure construction, increase fiscal support for agriculture, promote multi-factor coordinated development, and establish a long-term mechanism for enhancing ecological efficiency of cultivated land utilization.
